The Garret is a double-floor structure with three rooms for each floor.
The first floor was used originally to offer sacrifices to Emperor WEN
CHANG DI, shrined by Taoists, a god who is in charge of the rise and
dechine of culture ,scholarly honour and hand some salary. The second
floor, imperial examinations often frequented here to pray and draw
divination sticks horizontal inscribed board, four Chinese characters
written by TIN DAN in the year of Emperor Dao Guang 24th reign. Meaning
those who are morally perfect are blessed by the Emperor.
